ARNO HENTSCHEL GmbH produces the most varied
punched and moulded parts, including also many complicated designs,
for practically all branches of industry. From precision small
parts to sheet-metal products in lengths up to 800 mm, large,
medium and small series are produced from steel, stainless steel,
aluminium and copper across a thickness range from 0.3 to 6,0
mm. To this end, the modern presses equipped with the latest
feed and straightening systems operate with press forces between
400 and 2000 kN.
All punched parts are offered with the desired surface refinement.
The processes include, for example, hot-dip galvanising to DIN
50976, electro-galvanising to DIN 50961 and powder coating in
RAL colours.
Uncomplicated and fast solutions can be found at short notice
in the case of design changes or special versions – even
in short-run production – thanks to the in-house toolmaking
department. |
